About
What’s With All the Drama?
The Art of Dramatic Living is about going deeper with your creativity and enjoying your multi-talented nature. The articles and resources here will deliver creative inspiration and call on you to expand the boundaries of your self expression. We will explore methods for harvesting a continuous flow of ideas and sustaining creative productivity.
The Art of Dramatic Living presents a new way of thinking about creativity based on the work of Dr. Jacob Levy Moreno. Moreno is the founder and creator of psychodrama, an action based and experiential form of group therapy. The Art of Dramatic Living adapts psychodrama and blends it with life coaching as a method for creative development. Read The Imagination in Action for an example.
